1、如果水泵有任何小的故障切记不能让其工作。如果水泵轴的填料完磨损后要及时添加，如果继续使用水泵会漏气。这样带来的直接影响是电机耗能增加进而会损坏叶轮。

2、如果水泵在使用的过程中发生强烈的震动这时一定要停下来检查下是什么原因，否则同样会对水泵造成损坏。

3、当水泵底阀漏水时，有些人会用干土填入到水泵进口管里，用水冲到底阀处，这样的做法实在不可取。因为当把干土放入到进水管里当水泵开始工作时这些干土就会进入泵内，这时就会损坏水泵叶轮和轴承，这样做缩短了水泵使用寿命。当底阀漏水时一定要拿去维修，如果很严重那就需要更换新的。TestRunDotestrunafterinstallationforthefollowingpurp1。
